1. Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

Coated with white-sand beaches, luxurious rainforests, and staggered green mountains, Rio de Janeiro is a city with character, brimming with beachgoers during the day and soothing sounds of samba through the night. From the slopes of Corcovado Mountain to Rio’s sun-drenched shores, you’ll admire the picture-perfect backdrop that has attracted visitors for years.

2. Barcelona, Spain

Containing both the authentically historic and the wildly bizarre–from beachside nightclubs to dozens of sacred churches and cathedrals, Barcelona attracts all: the family, the adventurer, the couple, the backpacker, the culture lover, and more with a variety of things to do.

3. Dubai, United Arab Emirates

With a love for skylines that shine, Dubai is a city of superlatives, with gorgeous cream-colored shorelines and larger-than-life attractions: traditional wooden Abras floating on Dubai Creek, natural sands of Jumeirah Beach parallel to the carefully sculpted Palm Islands, and the lively Gold and Spice Souks (marketplaces) flourishing within the Dubai Mall.

4. Costa Rica

With breathtaking landscapes and a multitude of stunning creatures, Costa Rica is the place to zip-line through cloud-covered rainforests, hike active volcanoes, and surf warm turquoise waters; a compact but diverse tropical paradise.

5. Tokyo, Japan

Tokyo is constantly buzzing with movement—quick foot-travel on sidewalks, cars skyrocketing along streets, and subway trains humming underneath. This is a city that feeds on motion and progress. The city will certainly make it worth your while.

1. Bora Bora

Blue is not just a color–it’s a spectrum of shades destined for dreams and in Bora Bora those dreams become reality. Or at least that’s how I imagine it happens. Having never been there myself I find myself daydreaming about this locale fairly regularly. And if you’re like me and thinking about the South Pacific, as Rodgers and Hammerstein astutely noted, “You gotta have a dream, if you don’t have a dream, How you gonna have a dream come true?”

2. Paris, France

Romanticism with a capital “R.” Paris is a seductive city that invites you to visit again and again. From its grand gestures such as Le Louvre to it’s tiny treasures like Ladurée, Paris might just make your heart skip a beat.

3. Cuba

Cuba is a cultural capsule that delivers amazing music, cuisine, literature, and more. In addition, diverse wildlife brightly punctuates the largest island in the Caribbean. There’s something very special about appreciating the unique qualities of this island country.

4. Berlin, Germany

A phoenix standing tall and strong, Berlin is a city steeped in sobering history and a symbol of healing and progress. The center of a youthful art movement makes it a creative-type’s wonderland. You won’t have a problem finding meaningful things to discover here. Don’t miss the UNESCO World Heritage SiteMuseum Island.

5. Croatia

Dubrovnik to Zagreb, I want to see it all! From Lush green landscapes with flowing waters to coastal cities filled with the smell of salty air. Croatia is a country that delivers big on beauty.
