Top 5 London Bookstores

Nadege Conger, Founder of SabbaticalHomes.com, visits London–a city steeped in history, literature, and adventure. And with a thousand tales, here are London’s top 5 bookstores!

AAA-choo! It’s that time of year again–not allergy season, but time to dust off the suitcases. We’re gearing up for summer travel. Like other academic families, summer term opens up possibilities to teach in new locations. One of the places we’re excited to be visiting this summer is London. A wonderful city filled with rich history and story-telling.

While in London last year, I had the pleasure of meeting up with SabbaticalHomes.com member Bryant Kirkland. He is a ‎PhD Candidate in Classics at Yale University and, fittingly, suggested a few bookstores to visit while we’re in town.

If you fancy leafing through the pages in London, here are his top 5 recommendations:

London Review Bookshop

Daunt Books

Skoob

Waterstones
